Green band (Light Resistance)
These bands can be used during warm up leg exercises and even upper body warm ups.
Grey band (Medium Resistance)
This is more of a builder for your muscles. It helps target the gluteus region and with consistency will help with the appearance of a rounder and firmer lower body.
Black band (Heavy Resistance)
This band is more effective when the lower body is stronger. It allows for a challenge and can really help you push yourself beyond your comfort limits. If you are strength training this is the best resistance for you.
